Terms and Conditions

1. The MPH Kidz Club membership card is a privilege card and not a credit card. It is non-transferable.
2. The card is valid only at MPH outlets in Malaysia. The card is not valid for use at book fairs, exhibitions, warehouse sales, and the like.
3. Membership is open to individuals, aged 12 and below only.
4. For every new application, a fee of RM12 is chargeable for a one-year membership and a fee of RM10 is charged for each subsequent year’s renewal.
5. Members are required to renew their MPH Kidz Club membership card within one year from the expiry date or it will be considered a new application.
6. Valid members will be eligible to be a member of the MPH Readers’ Circle for free within one year upon turning 13 years old.
7. A fee of RM10 is chargeable for any replacement of lost or damaged membership cards. The replacement card will be sent to you at a later date.
8. The MPH Kidz Club Membership card must be presented to the cashier before each purchase in order to enjoy the benefits. Cards presented after the transaction will not be accepted.
9. Parents are required to sign a consent form (before an event), absolving MPH from any responsibilities should any accident or misfortune befall the child during an event, although the organiser will observe necessary care and precautions.
10. MPH reserves the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions as it deems fit at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
11. MPH also reserves the right to terminate the privileges and withdraw the cards from use at any time without prior notice.
12. Any breach of the above terms and conditions may result in the termination of membership.
