Q: How do I become a member?
A: All you have to do is to fill up a MPH Kidz Club application form and submit it to any MPH outlet in Malaysia. With a membership fee of RM12, you’re a member for a full year! You’re in for a ‘fun-tastic’ learning experience!

Q: Do I have to present my card every time I buy something? What if I forget to bring my card or present it after the transaction? Am I still entitled to the 10% discount?
A: You have to present your card to the cashier every time you purchase Children Books (code 04) in order to be eligible for the 10% discount. Please present your card BEFORE payment or NO DISCOUNT will be awarded for that transaction.

Q: What should I do when my membership expires?
A: Just bring your MPH Kidz Club card to any MPH outlet in Malaysia to renew your membership for another year at only RM10.
