If you purchase any product on MPHONLINE.COM sites, you agree to be legally bound by an additional and separate electronic contract of sale (" the Conditions of Sale") which shall be concluded when MPHONLINE.COM accepts your order by mail confirming that it has shipped our product.

Membership
In consideration for your use of the service provided on MPHONLINE.COM, you agree the provide true, accurate, up to date and complete information about yourself as asked for in the New Registration Form. You also agree to promptly update your personal information from time to time to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

You may register for one account only.

You are prohibited from using a login name or e-mail address which breaches the intellectual property or other property right of any person or entity.

MPHONLINE.COM reserves the right to prohibit the use of any login name or e-mail which, MPHONLINE.COM in sole discretion deems inappropriate.

Restrictions on Officers and Employees of the MPH Group
All officers and employees of the MPH Group of Companies are prohibited from taking part in any contest, polls or games conducted on MPHONLINE.COM sites.

Termination of Use
MPHONLINE.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you provide MPHONLINE.COM with false, misleading, not current or incomplete Registration Information or if you violate any of there Terms. MPHONLINE.COM shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected violation of these rules and any decision it makes relating the termination of your account shall be final and binding.

Login Name and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password to any other person. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You shall immediately notify MPHONLINE.COM if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account.

MPHONLINE.COM shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by you as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.

Points
Only MPH Readers Circle (MRC) members will be eligible to be awarded Points by MPHONLINE.COM. You will be eligible to be awarded Points in accordance with terms and conditions of MRC membership and upon successful completion of transaction. MPHONLINE.COM reserves the right to alter the rules relating to the allocation of Points from time to time. Any Points awarded to you by MPHONLINE.COM is final.

Privacy Policy
MPHONLINE.COM may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in your registration applications, but MPHONLINE.COM will not disclose to any individual your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number without your prior consent except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings.
