No charges are incurred in the opening of a Corporate Account nor any minimum purchase imposed once accounts are activated. Among benefits you enjoy are:

(APPLICABLE FOR PURCHASES AT PHYSICAL STORES ONLY)

We now have a Credit Facility for organizations who intend to have a long standing patronage of our bookstore. However, this corporate credit facility is only applicable for purchases in our physical store throughout Malaysia.

This facility may be utilized to purchase from all our physical store throughout Malaysia and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All orders must be accompanied by an Official Purchase Order / Official Letter from your organization by the authorized purchasing officer, namely the said person stated in the credit application form. Any changes in the authorized purchasing officer must be informed to us in writing.
2. Merchandise purchased may be collected from our shop by:
   • The purchasing officer
   • A third party with an authorization letter from the Purchasing Officer or if preferred , MPH can deliver to your office at no extra charge(within Klang Valley only for purchases above RM 600). Kindly indicate in your Purchase Order or inform our customer service on the mode of collection.
3. All payments must be made in crossed cheque payable to " MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd" only. Official receipts will be sent to you by mail.
4. As our privilege customer, you are entitled to a special prompt payment rebate on all your purchases. To qualify for this rebate, please ensure your purchases are fully paid within the 30 days credit period. Upon receiving your prompt payment, we will issue a credit note for you. You may use this credit note in your subsequent payments.
5. Beside the credit account available for you, we also have special Cash Bulk Purchase Discounts:
   • 10% cash bulk purchase discount for any single purchase from RM1,000 to RM3,000.
   • 12% cash bulk purchase discount for any single purchase above RM3,000 to RM10,000.
   • 15% cash bulk purchase discount for any single purchase above RM10,000 to RM25,000.

   To enjoy these special discounts, you can either pay by cash or cheque, up-front (no credit period). For payment by cheques, merchandise will only be released or delivered to you after your banker has cleared the cheque.
   The Bulk Purchase Discount will be deducted from the bill or invoice itself, thus you will enjoy the discount immediately. There would be no credit note issued to you.
